Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native that performed in The Muny Opera. She received her cumlaude degree from The University of Missouri Columbia with a Bachelors degree in Communication and Theater. Following her move from Missouri to Los Angeles in 2004, she became involved in the theatre arts, including acting and producing over 20 musicals. A few of the productions included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch : The Musical Peter Pan as part of The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly was also able to land the roles in television and film, and pursuing her improv training in The Groundlings. A unique combination of her voice and her petite stature allowed Kelly to create many different characters. The actress is well known for her work alongside Naomi Watts taking over the character of evil Samara in The Ring 2 but is popularly known as the bubbly bright receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a TV Land Series Regular between 2011 and 2015, appearing as paralegal during the daytime, and as an evening party-goer. Kelly also appeared as Alyssa's sassy, sexpert sister on the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the mother of a stressed suburban family in the CW series No Tomorrow. She has lent her soprano singing voice to a variety of cartoons including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. Recently, she was seen playing the dim-witted but lovable Cloud 9 Employee on NBC's well-known comedy Superstore. She has a peaceful private life with her husband and two small children and enjoys sewing writing as well as volunteering for school activities.
